Anyone else having prolems connecting to Wi Shop?

I can connect to the internet through my Wii fine so I know its not a problem with my internet connection. But for some reason it times out when trying to connect to the Wii Shop Channel. |

I only have problems converting my practically-useless Nintendo Stars to Wii Points, as their somehow 'Brigadoon-like' availability seems to only occur every 100 years. |
