I'm catering manager for a small charity which works a number of outdoor events. My task for this year is to broaden our recipe base for volunteers. I've introduced about five new recipes this year, but as I'm not vegetarian (and the recipes for the reason of simplicity and economy need to be) I'm fast running out of inspiration. |
