BBC2 is screening a two-part documentary on Tuesday at 9 p.m. in which Stephen Fry tackles the world of HIV and AIDS and learns infections are rising particularly amongst three groups - black Africans, the young and heterosexuals. Illustrating the changing face of the disease Stephen meets a range of people affected by the disease. The stories are shocking but even worse is the complacent attitudes towards safe sex that Stephen finds are still common among most of us - gay and straight.

Apparently George Michael was interviewed for the programme and revealed he hadn't had an AIDS test in several years (if at all) as he feared the results. However this interview has been dropped from the final programme.

This should be worth watching as i like how he actually deals with real issues and does not day time TV big issues.

I went to a gay Sauna today. I was feeling in the need. Well it completely put me of sex and proved to be a mighty advert for a celebate life! Although there were condoms and lube everywhere and there was even a walk-in testing centre! Very with the programme.

It should be a very interesting programme to watch.

As it it is the 25th anniiversary of THT. We must remember that this charity has been the spearhead of fighting for the men and woman who are living with HIV/Aids
