I've just cancelled a cheap multistop ticket with Singapore Airelines due to fly out this evening on the first leg. They gave me a full credit note valid to the end of this year without any fuss what so ever. |

whilst I appreciate the generosity - and Singapore airlines are good in things like that. |

that's my point... it was cheap and non flexible, non refundable.. but I called, said I couldn't travel and was it changable and was told it wasn't but they had the discretion to issue a credit note and did so. |
