Best Stadium You have ever been to?

Hi There I am a straight man but a good friend of mine is on this site and said that there was good intelectual debate to be had. I'm not one for discrimination so hope you will accept a dirty heterosexual in your ranks!!!

Could be any stadium for almost any purpose but what is the best stadium you have ever been to and why?

For me it is a tie

1) Millenium Stadium for a rugby match of NZ Vs Wales.

The roof was on and the noise was mammoth. I remember the 5000 odd Kiwis in the stadium doing a rather lame chant of All Blacks, All Black, All Blacks over and over.

But then the Welsh broke into a rousing chorus of "Bread Of Heaven" it just made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up as this deep base rumble of a song came flowing passionately out of 75, 000 odd Welshmen (and a few woman!!!)

It was just magic and to this day it stands as one of the best stadium experiences.

2) Goodison Park Everton vs Liverpool sat in the Upper Gladwys Street End (3-0 to the glorious Everton boys!!!!)

I just remember the noise, the atmosphere, the sheer elation of everybody in there at what a great result we had got.
"The Old Lady" was just rocking and truly showed what a good crowd in a old fashioned stadium can do. Truly electric and a memory that I will hold forever (Though I am hoping for a repeat when we play the Red-shite at the end of the month!!)

3) As a general stadium, I will always love "Carisbrook" which is the home stadium for Otago in my hometown of Dunedin. To many great days there to only mention one!! but she is a beauty of a stadium if currently becoming a little outdated and needing replacement (I will always love "The Brook" irrespective!)
