I'm a happy-go-lucky man with a good sense of humour! I'm also a life coach, reiki healer and EFT practitioner who absolutely loves what he does for a living. I work with a broad range of people, some gay, some not. What's most important to me is that you go away from our sessions feeling relaxed, positive and good about yourself :)

al32Tue 15/07/08 05:08		I wanted to share with those that are interested that I qualified on Sunday as an Ascension Therapist! Yay! The course has taken place over 13 weekends over the last 2 years and it's been such an incrdible journey. I have changed so much over that time it's quite awesome. The skills we learned are aimed at helping those who are consciously following a path of ascension. We learned crystal layouts and counselling techniques to help dissolve blocks, balance energies, release old karma, and awaken/conenct with the light body (plus a load more!). So.. Im' feeling on top of the world today despite still having a very stiff shoulder :( Happy to chat about the course and the therapies I learned :) Alun x

It's my belief that we incarnate on this physical planet to learn, experience, and grow. Once we've learned enough, raised our consciousness high enough, and let go of old karma, we effectively dont' have to reincarnate into physical reality unless we choose to. So effectively, we Ascend to a higher consciousness.... I'm not sure if others would interpret that as enlightment - to me they've very similar but slightly different. the ascension therapy course has helped me work through stuff and given me a few more tools and techniques to help others do the same :) Alun x thanks Mr Wholeman too ;) x

Many people when receiving the treatments do tend to "go multidimensional" in terms of letting go of stuff or retrieving soul parts that have been broken off.... not sure if that answers your question? :) Alun
