What should I do with it?

My friend gave me half a bottle that was in her drinks cabinet and had been drunk by her late husband. When my mother died, I went through her drinks cabinet and found two more part-used bottles of gin. She didn't drink, so it was at least three years old, from before my father died. He didn't drink gin often, so it could easily be 6 years or more old.

There's a nice pork recipe, Pork with Grapes, that uses gin but only 2fl. oz. The recipe also serves eight. I could make cocktails but I don't know which ones are gin based. Are there any puddings or cakes with gin in them?

Can I combine the three bottles, even though they're different brands?

I've also got lots of brandy and rum but I like those.
