Have been here for Five years now and feel completely 'at home' and to be honest its the best thing i have ever done. I am now retired so filling my time with Gardening and Voluntary work.

As one who is suffering from clinical depression I need to get out in the open air more and i prefer to do that within a group, so if anyone has any info I would be grateful |

I walk with the GOC find it really enjoyable but they do walk mostly on Sunday in Essex anyway |
