You know the ones I mean. They sell incense, and books of 'love spells' and hideous, ludicrously overpriced pottery dragons. And the women who work there usually wear purple and don't seem to believe there's such a thing as too much henna. There's one down the road from me (I think it's called 'Amethyst' or 'Amulet' or something similar, currently advertising for an 'experienced witch, wizzard (yes, it's actually spelt like that) or warlock'. What for? To work behind the counter. |
