This is a multiple choice poll: "Worra load of old shit!! :-) Have you ever had a big tube gently eased into your rear entry by a qualified and experienced Colonic Hydrotherapist in a warm and relaxed therapeutic environment? OR Have you ever had Colonic Irrigation? I have. It was a unique, cleansing, relaxing, only sllghtly embarassing experience which left me 4 imperial pounds lighter, 60 pounds sterling lighter and with a spring in my step! Since then I've had the experience (as you do!) about every 6 months and have felt the benefit every time. So, have you had the big plastic tube up yer bum!?"
