photoI normally go through life with my feet in the clouds, and head firmly on the ground. It's more fun that way (although I like to swap ends occasionally). When I've got my feet and head on the ground at the same time, my arse sticks in the air. That can be fun too.

That's Pi without an e at the end (the value of pie is already known to many of you).

"Mathematicians are perplexed after a highly complex crop circle appeared in a Wiltshire field - depicting a fundamental mathematical symbol.

The circle is, apparently, a coded image representing a complex mathematical number — the first ten digits of pi — and even astrophysicists admit they find it 'mind-boggling'. "

Whether it was made by aliens, or very clever hoaxers, it's beautiful.

Do you think at least some crop circles are produced by something other than humans (whether natural phenomena, or aliens)? What about this one?

A company of which I was a co-owner once employed three guys who were
(to those in the know) well respected for their crop circle designs and
implementation. One midsummer night they used the few hours of darkness to
create a complex crop circle that resembled, from the air, our company
logo.

We had people come from all over the country to make pronouncements about
ley-lines, extra terrestrials, and such-like.

Sorry to burst anyone's bubble - they are man-made (and beautiful). Their
crop circle was great, but there was no mystery. They've done the same for
many, many, clients as well as their own enjoyment! :)

Yes, I know some are known hoaxes, or jokes. But there are many very complex ones out there that don't seem to possible to replicate with any hoaxer's technique.
