Hi. Ive been following some of the running forums recently and though i would start one of my own. The daily grind seems appropriate as i want to start an online dairy of my daily training. |

Saturday 06/01/07 was up at 04.55. Drove into the outskirts of Sheffield, parked the car and ran the 5.25 miles across the city to the northern general hospitalin time to start my shift at 7am. |
