Help! What to do with a bad Achilles tendon?

Hi, mature, masculine guy looking for friends -online or real world! I am just over 6 foot, 95Kg, muscular and fit; I enjoy music, clubs, European cinema, the gym, good food and chatting with my mates.

I am hoping that someone somewhere in Out-land can advise me: I went for a run last night and this morning my Achilles tendons (?)... above my heel are very painful so that walking is hard, more of a hobble, and going down stairs is very painful (because it stretches it more, I believe). |
