Does anyone doing the Great North Run want to meet up at the end of the race at South Shields? We could celebrate with the contents of our goody bags then take over a carriage of the metro going back to Newcastle! |

Sounds great in theory, but it is chaos at S Shields with 30 000 runners trying to meet their familes and friends. |

Hi Peter thanks for asking - 1 hour 39 minutes which I was pleased with. Have had problems with shin splints over past 6 months and have not trained as much as I would have liked. It was a great day really enjoyed it. |
