I have just read on the BBC website that Our Gracious Lady, Queen Elizabeth II, is due to announce that the Government plans to introduce a Bill to raise the school leaving age from 16 to 18 when she opens the new session of Parliament tomorrow and, furthermore, that the number of text messages sent and received is 25% higher than this time last year, on account of one being able to receive an instant message by SMS. |
