However difficult the situation is Adbullah Gul has already spoken about the need to change Article 301 under which these men and many others have been charged. Again it is not like the CPS decides to prosecute them but individuals can report someone through lawyers so it is not necessarily government harassment but the law being used in a political manner to silence dissent. |
