laresWed 30/11/11 00:12		"CHANGES TO PENSION ARRANGEMENTS - NEXUS (TYNE AND WEAR METRO) AND DB REGIO (TYNE AND WEAR)" "As previously advised, the ballot for industrial action has concluded and you and your colleagues have voted overwhelmingly in favour of industrial action in this dispute in defence of your Pension arrangements. Having considered the result, your General Grades Committee has decided to call you to take strike action and industrial action in conjunction with the national day of action being organised by the TUC for 30th November 2011. You and your colleagues in the public sector should not have to work longer and pay more to get a worse pension. All RMT members at Nexus (Tyne and Wear) and DB Regio (Tyne and Wear) are instructed to take the industrial action outlined below. All members are to take strike action by not booking on for any turn of duty commencing between 00:01hours and 23:59 hours on Wednesday 30th November 2011."
