20mph in all urban areas?

This idea comes from the "Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety. That sounds as though it might be an official body, but it's not - it's a private company with charitable tax exemptions which is allowed to operate half in and half out of the Houses of Parliament, like many others."

When are these health & safety fascists going to ask the question about driver's attention span at slow speeds? Or am I the only driver in Britain to bore easily at 15mph and start fiddling with the radio?

"Is it better to be rich, free, and at some risk of getting killed by an idiot crashlanding his nuclear-powered flying car; or poor, downtrodden, spied upon - but sure of living long enough to die luxuriously of cancer or Alzheimer's?"

Hmm going to slowly is as bad as going to fast ... 20mph in all housing estates maybe and 30mph for main roads in towns?

I did notice today during my driving lesson that whilst driving around a housing estate at 20mph, there were times when the engine struggled because of going so slowly!

You know what I meant lol driving at 15mph on a 30mph road and holding up traffic is dangerous as well!
