To those of you who had or played with animals (of any sort) when you were younger. I'm betting (read:hoping) that you have some stories to tell about how you maltreated them and made them your plaything.

Examples I can think of are my sister dressing her hamster in a Barbie dress. Me putting it in her bed unawares until a minute or two later she screams and it turns out it bit her fourth toe!

Trapping ants in islands of water with leaves for shelter and sugar grains for food, or being fascinated at how they seemed to carry on regardless at the bottom of a bottle of water. Don't worry I did let it out.

Hehehe is it wrong I'm still laughing at the hamster-bite?

Oh I have far worse come to mind and I don't think I should tell you lest they appear in the tabloids.
