OK, a bit of background first!

Many of you have probably seen me going on and on in my threads (have a look at quickfind:352540 ) about my hobby of geocaching. In short, you use a GPS to find a hidden container somewhere in the great outdoors. There are caches scattered about everywhere, and in every country of the world.

The containers always contain a logbook to sign, and goodies to swap if you want to. They also sometimes have another class of object called a Travel Bug.

Travel Bugs are trackable objects. They can be anything, but always have a metal dog tag attached to them with a serial number. With this number you can track the object online. Travel Bugs are not kept by the people that find them, but are moved from cache to cache.

Some Travel Bugs just move randomly from one geocache to another, but the more interesting ones are given missions. They may be trying to visit a certain number of different countries, or to visit particular types of location. I created a Travel Bug called "Eastern Promise" with a simple mission of moving east with each "hop". It started in Wolverhampton, and is currently in Slovakia! I'm hoping it'll go all the way round.

I've bought five new Travel Bug dog tags, and am trying to think of some missions to give them. I fall upon the great imagination of OUT to give me some ideas!
