Just your average geordie bloke in London, who works way too hard but tries to find time for good mates, beery nights out, indie and electro clubs/bands, good food, and cuddles under the duvet on a sunday morning. Applications welcome :-)

This is a multiple choice poll: "Where do you discover most of the new music you find? i.e. not just the new album by someone you already like, but a totally new act or track you've never heard of before. However you actually aquire it (CD, iTunes, Limewire, copy it off a mate), where do you actually hear it in the first place?"

For me its usually hearing stuff in Clubs. I'm forever annoying the DJ asking what he/she is playing. |

Every so often I will buy an album solely on the recommendation of an Observer review. I recently bought Joanne Newsome and Hercules & Love Affair (with Anthony Hegarty) and well pleased, it's a gamble but not bought anything I have regretted, so far. |
