Back in Northwich, Cheshire after teaching in Abu Dhabi. Friends say that I'm coping well in the aftermath of my 40th birthday. I'm not so sure! I'm an electrodunce adrift in this world of technology, but I usually get there in the end, and I can be quite eloquent. Oh, by the way, my name ISN'T Phil and I'm NOT in Bury!

I'm was going to buy one of those inflatable Swiss ball thingies for sit-ups and the like. I went to the sports shop and they also had a range of sausage-shaped inflatables. |
