I live in Stafford with my partner, John, and work in Birmingham. Work takes up too much of my time at the moment, but for the rest I enjoy relaxed informal meals, concerts, theatre , reading and gardening.

We have a couple of small, specialist retail businesses, and we've reached the point where we need to expand, make them more commercial and bring in extra skills - probably by finding a business partner to join us. The alternative would be to sell one or both businesses. Can anyone give advice from their own experience of making this sort of change in a business? |
