This is a multiple choice poll: "I know that London is not the centre of the universe but for those of us who live here how many would like to move out of the city into the country"

I would love to live by the coast again, but my family and friends with whom I am very close are around here. Plus I'd miss the diversity of people and the whole 'bright light city' feel on nights out. |

I might consider Zone 4, now that I am getting too old for Soho on a schoolnight. |

I think I could happily live in the country. |

After 15 years in London, I boxed up my life and the lover and we bought a great place on the South Coast. |

I lived in central London for 3 years, then i spent almost 20 years living in the country. I got bored of that in the end (and looking back on it i'm not sure how i lasted so long in the country), and now i live in Guildford, which is a kind of halfway house between London & the country. Having tried both, there are pros and cons of each, but on the whole give me the bright lights of London rather than the peace & quiet of the country |
