photoPeople don't believe me that I am shy face-2-face, despite being a right cheeky monkey on some Forums. Orginally from the West Country, but transplanted to Reading in early 90s. Joined OUT for both Gay Male & Female friends, to break the feelings of isolation after the breakup of a long term relationship.

I have recently completed 'Coming In - Gays & Lesbians Reclaiming the Spiritual Journey' by Urs Mattmann, that I found amazing, uplifting, throught-provoking, inspiring, especially the exercises at the end of each chapter.

Has anyone else read it? Did anyone else work through the exercises at the end of each chapter? What did you think of the book and these thought-provoking exercises?
