This is a multiple choice poll: "This is quite a serious subject for this topic and the subject matter will be one to which many people will be able to relate. The question is, If you could live an extra year living with depression, would you choose that extra year and suffer the debilitating symptoms of depression for the whole of that year? OR If you were given an extra week to live where you could be totally confident in yourself, depression free, anxiety free, free from any psychological, emotional or mental distress or unease - would you take the ONE week option? So, a week of happiness, confident in yourself in every way and free of depression or A year of depression? I can't decide myself just at the moment which option I would take..."
