"AN MP yesterday threatened to out up to 30 wealthy figures who have used super-injunctons to protect their sordid private lives. Lib Dem politician John Hemming declared war on the 'excessive and unlawful court secrecy' used by footballers and celebs to hide scandals. |

As I've said before (quickfind:423872) I think these "Super Injunctions" are a serious threat to freedom of speech and civil liberties. Good for him for naming and shaming these people (even though I suspect I won't give a flying toss for any of the named people). |
