Has anyone else noticed that the majority of the protesters at both sites appear to be terribly middle class. I have seen them on tv defending 'these beautiful people' or standing on the steps of St Pauls complaining about globalisation. Must be lovely not living in the real world. |

Indeed! I believe some of them, before the extension to Dale Farm was built, used to camp out on common land outside here, but they haven't been back since they've been at Dale Farm. The only time we've ever been burgled was when they were here! They didn't take anything though - I think they were interested in stealing our late pointer, but didn't bother when they saw she was old and not very healthy - if that hadn't been the case, I'm sure we'd never have seen her again. |
