I live in Stafford with my partner, John, and work in Birmingham. Work takes up too much of my time at the moment, but for the rest I enjoy relaxed informal meals, concerts, theatre , reading and gardening.

The house next door to my brother's is being demolished to provide access to a building plot to the rear of their garden. As a result they're suffering a lot of disturbance from dust and noise, and I've told him he should claim compensation from the developer. Does anyone have experience of a similar situation, how best to go about it and so on? |
