The Citizens Advice service are undertaking a survey that gives you the opportunity to tell them about your experience the last time you telephoned a utility company – that includes water, gas, electricity, phone (landline and mobile), internet service providers and digital, cable or satellite TV companies. |

they can be such a nightmare....especially and i know this will sound racist..if their call centre staff are based in india and the staff cant understand basic english.... |
