mental health , secure units , new smoking ban

Does anyone know how the smoking ban has affected people inside secure mental wards ? |

Unfortunately no they are not allowed to smoke inside th units. Not so long ago I visited a friend who was there temporarily, every time he wanted to have a cigarette he had to go out side in an enclosed garden to smoke, even though it was raining. This is out of order in my opinion but there is nothing that can be done about it.photo:417374 |
