I'm a powder hounding, non-smoking, theatre going, hockey skating, straight talking, thrill seeking, bramble swigging, motorbike riding, up and doing guy! So, since embarking on my 300 day mission to lose 90lbs, I've joined a gym and been going regularly. Also been doing a shed load of walking and more recently lots of hiking up mountains. |
