The gym I go to is really quiet at the moment as everyone seems to be away on holiday and the students have long gone. I love it! So you can walk into the changing room and not be confronted with a sea of bodies.

When its busy there is no space and finding a locker can be difficult.

Being a bit shy and sensitive it puts me off going in the busy period 5-7.30pm which than makes it very late for me.

I'm trying to psyche myself up for September to get in there with the crowds and get on with it.

Does anyone else have this problem? Do you manage to make yourself go? Whats the key?
