Maybe - but it's all part of the charm :0) I will talk to anyone about anything - meaning of life and universe down to trivia. My curiosity is one of my greatest strengths. So I see Popstarz is moving in February from La Scala to Sin in Soho:

does anyone know this venue? its quite a bit smaller than La Scala i'm guessing, but at least it'll save the trek to King's Cross

must give it a go once its up & running. i like Popstarz, but haven't been for a year or so

Alas, Popstarz hasn't really been filling Scala for ages, and I'm less keen to go because of it's Northern-er location.

So I think this is all good except it may take some crowds from it's sister Ghetto.

true, though i've never been to the Ghetto on a Friday anyway, its always Sat night for me there

and i'm guessing the Ghetto, like G-A-Y, is due to shut when the redevelopment of that block starts, so maybe this is also in anticipation of that happening?

I think it's probably done for bad reasons (not able to fill La Scarla) but I'm actually quite pleased.

I'm more worried about G-A-Y moving to Heaven (which I don't think will work well at all).
