Aaaargggh!! This kind of 'Christian' thinking really winds me up! Surely everyone knows that Jesus' message was about peace and love and tolerance and looking after each other, and despite not being a Christian myself I pretty much think he had the right idea. I'm not even going to bother going down the route of analysing biblical texts to determine whether or not Christianity is inherently anti-gay or not, but I'm pretty sure the general philosophy of Jesus' teachings aren't, and regardless of any of that I don't see how one group's choice to practice a religion should prevent people being educated about health, sexual or otherwise. |
