I love God with all my heart. That is what Sagittarius is about. That and travel. But church is not working for me. As christianity and astrology and reincarnation dont really go together. And then I became a Vegetarian who meditates! I would get burnt on the stake for what I believe and then churches ask me to leave... I have discovered some cool stuff relating to God - An ancient path. Would love to talk

I have fallen in love a number of times in my life. My first relationship lasted for 7 years and we loved each other dearly.
There are different types of love. 1) The love you feel for your friends, Mom/Dad or brothers and sisters (Phileo) 2) The love you feel for your boyfriend or partner which includes sexual love (Eros)
I have fallen in love with various men throughout my life. In love I usually end up giving my all and I put a lot of energy into a relationship. In many cases I found myself getting hurt. I Often wonder for me, if love was meant to be.
I have heard that in astrology one should look at the placement of Venus in ones Natal Chart. In my case Venus was in Scorpio. This implies that I experience love as passionate and intense, and when I feel that it is not returned by my partner it leads to resentment and the relationship breaks down.
I also learned that Sagittarians like me are the bachelors of the zodiac. We don't like being attached or possessed. We prefer and enjoy our freedom.
Well, I kinda wonder as I am in a fairly dead and unromantic passionateless relationship, whether love was meant for me? I have loved and lost. I have loved and gained. And I have learned. Perhaps I need to come to terms with the fact that love is not necessarily restricted to a relationship.
My relationship is fairly loveless and without passion and romance, and I feel as empty now as I would feel if I was in a relationship. So what does one do in such a place? Do you move out and move on? Do you hang on and settle for this life? Is this what most straight and married men experience their lives as?
These are questions I ponder as I think of love. Darn! There has to be more to love than this. But then as I hit the 40s, I wonder if it is worth the effort and energy to actually get out there and try to find love.
Perhaps it is just easier to stay as I am and not go through the whole hunting/dating process all over again.
Some do well in love and some do "not so well". We are all different. Some compensate for love by being surrounded by good friends, and that is also good.
It is better to have loved and lost than not to have loved at all
I have loved, and it was bliss. I have been single and it was bliss too. I have lost and it hurt for a while, and I learned stuff and I grew.
