If only everyone listened to me....the world would be such a better place. It probably wouldn't get an awful lot done though, but it would always stand you a round in the pub.

And by out I mean willing for anyone to know you're gay, not that you need to be necessarily proclaiming it at every opportunity. But also not playing the pronoun game. Not correcting assumptions that you're straight. Joining in on the which famous person do you fancy conversations at work. |

but in some indistries it can be hard for some to be the martyrs for the whole cause, and lay a path down for others so many find it easier to stay hidden but happy. |
