Does anyone have experience of setting up a web or intra net based online forum for staff to discuss the issues that matter to them or examine the impact of the new legislation on their work place or on service delivery?

I'm now Chair of the NHS Trust's LGBT Forum and thought it might be useful to find a way of having a dialogue with the 100 plus sites we have spread over 3 counties. I don't want to re-invent the wheel, so I'd be happy to hear of models and experiences.

Thanks
