I think adults make their own decisions regarding how safe they want their sex,porn actors are usually regulated and have to give test results regularly but everyone knows the score. bareback porn is a result of supply and demand ... if there wasn't an interest to start with, it would never have been produced

Surely porn is all about fantasy though. If people fantasise over the idea of bareback sex, and then like to watch that happening in porn I don;t really see the problem.

I have porn with stuff in that I would never do in reality, but thats because its just a fantasy and thats where it should stay.

It got much the same result. It surprised me, but it does finally prove that there is no 'PC Brigade' on OUT. Or if there is it's relatively small.

This is true, nor do I claim that it does.

But it does suggest that there's a silent majority here who either don't want to discuss their preference, don't want to have to defend their choice, or can't defend the indefensible - depending on you/their point of view.

To decry a thread as 'not a true representation' seems a bit sour grapes to me, given that you're so vehemently attacking bareback. Sure, OUT isn't 'society', it's a specific demographic based on it's very nature. Homosexuals. Web users. People who think 'typing' their opinion is worthwhile. You could dissect it down as much as you like, but it's all we've got here.
