Paul stood by himself in a thistly corner of the forest, his feet apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.

Over the weekend I was reading about the rather intresting sport that is ChessBoxing (there is a proper World Championship for it)

Basically in a chessboxing fight two opponents play alternating rounds of chess and boxing. The contest starts with a round of chess, followed by a boxing round, followed by another round of chess and so on.

A contest consists of 11 rounds, 6 rounds of chess, 5 rounds of boxing. A round of chess takes 4 minutes. Each competitor has 12 minutes on the chess timer.

That got me thinking, just what other games and possible OUT events could there be, so far my mate and I have come up with:

LawnJengaWrestling - you can add oil for extra fun and there is the potential to have TagJengaWrestling.

Sumonopoly - Monopoly but everytime you land on someone else's hotel you Sumo to decide if you have to pay to stay.

JavelinKer-Plunk - Pull out a javelin, if a marble (probably football for scale) doesn't drop then you can gain extra points based on how far you can hurl the javelin.

Vanessa Feltz Hungry Hippo's - Sit a 4 people in a circle and lob food into their mouths, the contestent whose 'Hippo' pukes last wins.

What other possibilities are there and which shall we try?
