This is a single option poll: "When you cook dried spaghetti the packet usually recommends 75g uncooked pasta per person. However, I find that I like about 140g, 160g if I'm really ravenous. Maybe it's because I like less sauce or maybe it's just because I've got a big appetite. Perhaps the manufacturers are reckoning that people will have a starter and a pudding. I may have a pudding but usually only the one course. However, 75g uncooked spaghetti looks tiny to me when cooked. How much spaghetti, uncooked weight, do you like to eat for a main course of your main meal of the day?"

well it's 11 ounce. I have 11 ounce of spag when I have spag bol. I don't see this as too much. |
