No, in all seriousness, I'm attempting to "give up" beer totally and have wine only now and then. Just for a few months to get me out of the 'habit' of having it with everything and every day! I've had 4 alcohol free days in the last week, which anyone who knows me will confirm is totally unbelievable. And now I've run out of Diet Coke so it's onto water.

philnFri 19/10/07 21:35		I've had 4 alcohol free days in the last week, which anyone who knows me will confirm is totally unbelievable welldone :-) i've had 3 booze-free days, i try and get 3 or 4 a week but it doesn't always quite work out like that, somehow....
#90232Fri 19/10/07 21:38		I slurped my way through some vermouth as an aperitif and had half a bottle of South African red with my dinner. Afterwards I had a mug of hot chocolate with a Flake. Hot chocolate with chocolate is heavenly!
