So yesterday afternoon I was doing my second work out of the day ( no lectures please) and I did legs. I did leg extensions, calf extensions, and then went to the leg pushups.. I did these all one after the other. I must of had them on higher weights than normal as when I got to go up to walk down to the changing rooms I felt like I was walking like a spazzmong. I could feel my legs twitching and behaving really rather odd. I had to consciously walk down the steps slowly holding onto the banister. Was a most unusual sensation but no happened before. I take it it is just because I did all these exercises right? |

That's because your legs spend more time in the air than on the ground. |
