I was considering moving my account from Halifax to Lloyds TSB, so now I think I will go to First Direct. Seem to have a high customer satisfaction rating. |

Lloyds suck big time. They would have rather me starve and be on the street that extend my overdraft for a few weeks after my student loan was fucked up. |

I was with Lloyds since I was a student until a few months when they tried to wreck my holiday, twice - once bynot letting me pay for the holiday and then not letting my buy dollars. |

Never banked with Lloyds but have a car leased from them and if that is any indication of their competence or customer service then I'm glad I don't. I currently bank with Halifax but now is a good time to move I think. |
