Direct debit problem advice please

I had alot of problems with my Virgin media services, and they gave me some corretions things which lowered the bill, when I recieved the bill on the 11 October, it was at £39.77, however when I rang the automated line to check my bill amount it said it was about £17 ish, however when ive looked at my bill they took £27.82. |

If the DD is wrong, contact your bank who can recall the DD under the Direct Debit Guarentee scheme. |

Call your bank, they will be able to tell you immediately if it is covered by the DD guarantee and they will sort it out for you if it is. Good luck... I've had problems with VM overcharging me... I was paying for so called 'inclusive calls' for 5 months... In fact I was overcharged so much I've not paid a penny for the last 3 months and I am still in credit. |
