Does anyone know if the law has actually been changed recently about bank overdraft charges? I seem to recall recently there was a lot of mdeia coverage about these charges and that they were draconian and unjust. I have just had my first experience of this having just gone £61 over my authorised limit and now have £88 in charges. I asked the lady and she said she didn't know anything about this, "the charges were the charges", not surprisingly. |
