Following in the continued fashion of remaking fantastic Japanese horror movies...here is another.

Did you know that some 2 billion mobile phones ring everyday?

Sometimes you answer the call, and sometimes you shouldn't...

In this case...some of the characters in this movie will wish they never even had a mobile phone.

Repeating what was on from quickfind:265318 ...this movie revolves around a college student..Beth Raymond, (played by Shannyn Sossamon - from the Dirt tv series) whose friends begin receiving messages on their mobile phones saying they have "One Missed Call". When they check their voicemail messages they hear what appears to be themselves being murdered.

Beth also receives a message...with sounds of her blood-curdling screams. She has 3 days to change her fate, and turns to Detective Jack Andrews (played by Edward Burns) to help her.

For those who loved the original (titled Chakushin ari)...you might get a chill down your spine at the mere thought of this remake! But here's the trailer of this Americanised version...
