photoI normally go through life with my feet in the clouds, and head firmly on the ground. It's more fun that way (although I like to swap ends occasionally). When I've got my feet and head on the ground at the same time, my arse sticks in the air. That can be fun too.

I am passing this on to you because it definitely worked for me, and we
all could probably use more calm in our lives.

Some doctor on tele this morning said that the way to achieve inner
peace is to finish all the things you have started. So I looked around
my flat to see things I'd started and hadn't finished and, before
leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a
bottle of shhhardonay, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of vocka, a pockage
of Prunglies, tha mainder of bot Prozic and Valum scriptins, the res of
the Chesescke an a box a chocolets. Yu haf no idr who gud I fel.

Sounds good to me, although at the moment the sight of food and drink is making me want to throw up. Bloody muscles!

I'm pretty much the same at the moment, to be honest. There's been half a bottle of wine untouched since the middle of last week (needs throwing out) and lots of wine and beer I can't even face opening.

Use it for cooking? Or put it in a bag and freeze it, that way when you want some wine for cooking you just toss the frozen wine in and hey presto.

Good idea! I've been so ill the last few days that I haven't been cooking, and using the wine that way hadn't crossed my mind.
