photoA Spanish/German mother, a Dutch/English father and an upbringing by a Brummie leads to nothing but trouble! I'm interesting and forever the daydreamer often appearing emotionally absent to those who aren't in the know. I am brutally honest, without much care for lies. I enjoy meeting new people, good food, art & architecture, the cinema and initiating friendships.

photo:703151 photo:703150 My mother's partner's sons keep banging on about my dog being an Irish staffy, rather than a regular staffy. They say it every time I see them, but I have never heard of an Irish staffy before.

I've done a bit of google searching and some research at the library and a lot of sources say the Irish staffy doesn't exist, others say it does exist.

Wikipedia has an article on the Irish staffy - but we know how reliable that is!

So, can any animal people on here shed any light on it, and the main features that mark an Irish staffy?

Thanks.
