For years, despite denials from the BBC, Horizon has been in steady decline with less and less content dressed up with more useless drama. The new series seems different to me with a lot more serious science and little interfering drama producing a much better programme. I am particularly thinking of the programme I've just watched about where evil comes from. |

It could be better, but when you look at what might be regarded as competitive... is there anything? |

I think that this series of Horizon is better, though I really wasn't interested in the one about astronomy because it seemed to be more about engineering than science. This week's contained some real scientific explanation and I thought it was very interesting. |
